The Walkaround — my first film
film60 secdispatch
Before a single kid boards, I walk my bus the way a painter stretches paper. This is the pre-trip inspection as a watercolor ritual — tires, the ten-foot danger zone, the stop arm. Now on my 4ort.mov channel.
About This Site
I drive Route 7 and Route 12 through Bridgeport. Every morning at 5:42 AM, I begin my pre-trip inspection. By 6:30, students are boarding. The routes are precise—42 minutes outbound, 38 return—but the light changes daily. I paint what I see.
From the watercolor route maps to the films, everything here is a safety tool dressed as a picture. The way I see it, a kid who remembers the danger zone because my map showed it as a red wash is a kid who stands behind the line.
